Too many questions here thats for sure. Was she high? Did she owe him money for drugs? She already had one kid taken away by the state.

Yeah lots of questions that don't pass the smell test here but that's not what the story implies about the kid. The FATHER brought both the kids to this womans house, without the actual real mothers knowledge (supposedly), and then this jogger randomly chooses to break in and snatch the kid while sleeping at 4-5am in the fcking morning and proceeds to immediately cut him up and kill him outside in the street. All kinds of bs going on her.
