She doesn’t think it’s the landlord or manager’s fault. She just looked around and thought to herself that’s the only way to get a payday out of this tragic situation. The manager’s insurance company will settle with her for the amount that’s already written into the policy. She’ll get about 5 grand which she’ll have to pay to her lawyer. By then it’ll be out of the news and the lawyer will dump her as a client.
