Maybe someone else can find it, I remember it distinctly as it was the first instance I'd seen of someone being arrested for simply being in a verbal argument and using a particular word. She was arguing back and it clearly wasn't assault, but the moment he said nigger it became a crime. I tried searching for "new york man calls black woman nigger/slur arrest" on joogle and all that comes up is a heaping pile of "asian hate" articles, I guess that is the agenda for now, make sure asian people hate whites even though they naturally like each other and it's blacks committing a bunch of the "hate crimes" against them.
