Fuck it. Seriously: only 3% of the students in that school are black? Sounds like they need some cultural enrichment. Who's kids do you think even go to those schools? This is the line. This is a clear violation of that students basic right to say and feel how ever he feels. Calling a nigger a nigger puts no one. They will twist it to be a clear danger but this is why we need a civil war. No one should ever fear to speak their mind. I am sure that nigger was being a nigger in class and got called out for it.

It has already been crossed many times, there was a man on an NYC subway who was in an argument which escalated to calling the stranger a nigger and he was arrested for that.

Maybe someone else can find it, I remember it distinctly as it was the first instance I'd seen of someone being arrested for simply being in a verbal argument and using a particular word. She was arguing back and it clearly wasn't assault, but the moment he said nigger it became a crime.

I tried searching for "new york man calls black woman nigger/slur arrest" on joogle and all that comes up is a heaping pile of "asian hate" articles, I guess that is the agenda for now, make sure asian people hate whites even though they naturally like each other and it's blacks committing a bunch of the "hate crimes" against them.
