So if this all gets verified and, in the end, Biden is proven to have lost Arizona? Then the electoral result just goes from 306-232 to 295-243. And even if they uncover and prove enough fraud to gain 27 more votes, what will be done about it?

I think the point is to show that there was fraud that occurred at all. This will lend political clout to remove Dominion from all states and mandate tighter election ballot counting security.
There currently it's no legal mechanism to recall Biden. But, it will politically handicap him.
