It's a lottery and this should be very effective because people who play the lottery suck at statistics. Go head, get a vaccine that is only 90% effective bit give a few percent of the people who get it severe side effects including death to "protect" themselves from a strain of the common cold that 99.7% of the people survive.....

thats even darker. cos thats now people submitting themselves as the entry cost for the lottery.
