"Tuesday's executive order also explicitly prevents "any local government, state agency, state employee, or any political subdivision of the state" from requiring residents to provide proof of their vaccination status."

Texas did this. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Fines for any business that requires a vaccine passport to enter an establishment in the state.

That's retarded. Any power you give the state can be weaponized against you once these lefties get power. They don't care who builds the throne of power, they just want to sit in it.

The sole purpose of government is to secure your rights. You don't have to give government the power to do it. Securing the rights of the individual is within their scope.

This means the schools don’t require them either. This will change things fast.

Yup. But I think the governor messed up on that part to be honest. Parents have to sign to opt their kid out of the mask requirement if the school has one. That’s very backwards. Schools shouldn’t be allowed to have mask requirements, it’s child abuse. Now if a parent either is crazy and wants their kid in a mask all day, or doesn’t care enough to sign for them to not wear one they’re stuck in a mask. :(

A Governor w/common sense?

Refreshing!

Not quite. He should’ve done this a long time ago. I’m still happy about it though. He had good timing at least, ending all the mandates in the state a couple days before we move there.
