There's another study showing the cleavage fragments are still active and toxic. These people are nuts.
The fragments caused by cleavage will get detected by the immune system if they are toxic, amplifying the immune reaction to the Novavax and the traditional (Chinese, Indian) vaccines. Because the numbers are low compared to a real infection, I don't expect much damage.
The fragments created by mRNA and viral vector vaccines do not flow around in the blood stream, they get bound to specialized surface proteins, so the cells of the immune system can detect them ("antigen processing and presentation"). https://infogalactic.com/info/Major_histocompatibility_complex
MHC presentation isn't 100%, most of the transfection induced spikes are ferried to the exterior cell membrane from the ER after glycosylation. I was specifically referring to the cleavage fragments produced when the extracellular spike is facilitating membrane fusion and is cleaved by extracellular proteases to induce the necessary conformational changes.
Last I checked, the main 'vaccines' have the translation code for the full length peptide, including trafficing epitopes leading to this outcome with incidental MHC exposure, but the extracellular effects account for the majority of the protein and hypothetical immunoreactivity.
MHC presentation doesn't need to be 100%, it is enough if some samples of antigens are presented to start the immune reaction. Before being presented, the antigens get broken into parts.
Whatever survives the process, the amounts are minuscule compared to the results of a virus infection. Not only because the virus does it in gorillion cells at once and the virus replicates the RNA that is used by the protein factories, but also because the virus produces proteins that get imported into the nucleus, where they change the gene expression and switch off the self defence mechanisms of the cell.
