What I'm reading is that this only prevents local government from issuing mandates. Businesses are still free to require face diapers, and the Corporate Jew loves masks. Sadly most small businesses have gone under since last year.

That's a good point, what is the point of government guaranteeing free speech when the corporations own the government and will punish you for exercising free speech.
