Meh, I think Africans are too stupid to be evil, tbh. Like any other invasive species we might dislike, they are animals. They follow instinct and opportunity, not understanding why everything around them gets destroyed.
It is the Jews who organize to open the gates of every nation to Africans (except for Israel, of course) that are the true evil here. There is intent in their actions, and understanding of their actions' results.
