Notice the infinite reach these subsections afford. Those connected to a “Deprived Person” can receive the same designation, and so on. There is no limit to the number of iterations. If someone reaches what is referred to in the EO as a “Deprived Persons” status, they become a person with political ebola and must be avoided at all costs. They are subject to asset confiscation as are their relatives, essentially in any way is expressly prohibited without additional determinations:

Here is my rough prediction of the future. This is the most significant advanced drop in the history of Poal.

Covid-19 heretofore referred to as Covid 1.0 will end early to mid 2022. Early 2023, Covid 2.0 will be detected. Unlike Covid 1.0, Covid 2.0 will actually kill quite a few people. The Government, however, will already have the populace trained to accept health mandates and lockdowns and things of that nature. Covid 2.0 will steadily increase in severity until it is the center point of the 2023 primaries. Joe Biden will not win the 2024 election. There won't be any more eight year administrations for quite some time; the pendulum must swing faster and faster for maximum chaos.

Like Covid 1.0 before it, Covid 2.0 will wreak havoc until they bring it under control early to mid 2026. This time, however, the health mandates and lockdowns and things of that nature will become permanent fixtures in society; full time, permanent Quarantine Facilities will be constructed.

Like Covid 2.0 before it, Covid 3.0 will be detected early 2027 and this time it will be an ever-changing variant so that vaccines are no longer an option. This time, social distance, masks, etc will all be even more strictly enforced and Covid 3.0 will be the center-point of the 2027 primaries.
