I used to know a woman that lived with Marilyn Manson, via a close friend, and his lovers never gossiped a single negative statement about anything ever. And the woman was a very gossipy snitchy person, so if Manson ever did one thing that in anyway irked this woman , it would have been a major topic for hours of ranting.
TL/DR : Marilyn Manson is squeaky clean, at least the "old version" of himself in 90s and 2000s
