$13 million dollar fine for exporting F-22 and F-35 schematics to China, et. al. I bet each country they sold to paid more than $13 mil each. My only hope is that they sold them fake docs, but my best bet is that we're fucking done as a country, and this is just another sign.

I didn’t read the document, but I can tell you it’s worse that you could imagine. Honeywell, Boeing, Lockmart and Raytheon all use the same coding firms in India. Indians still can’t build a plane or a uboat to save their souls, but I wouldn’t be surprised if foreign companies/countries know everything but the physical materials used in manufacturing these craft.
