The damage is already done. Boeing could give golden parachutes to all the diversitards, and wave them a tearful "auf viedersehen," and they would still be fucked as a company. They have fired all the people who dared to utter a whisper of a shadow of a hint that there was a possible problem regarding competence in some quarters. In fact, they have gone a lot further than just firing them, they have destroyed their lives and cancelled them, probably permanently. Boeing deserves to go broke. Unfortunately the cost will be innocent lives lost and ruined.
