I could be mistaken, but I remember a similar article from South Africa circa 7 or so years ago. The courts are not on our side. It seems that no one but us is on our side.
That being said...there is really nothing to say about this situation anymore. This is a good first step toward the first point of inevitable failure through the court system which will wake more people up and by that time things will be tough and food will be expensive and there will be food riots because all of the farm land is no longer farmable.
And the non-farmable land is our fault through not carrying forward the science of crop rotation and creating dust bowl type events. Now niggers will run the farms with no minerals in the top soil.

Farms are going to go the way of Walmart. What I mean by that is they will kill off local family owned farms etc. And Bill Gates, who is behind every travesty on a mass scale, is the largest land owner in the US. This is a chance for him to swoop in as a savior and give us all genetically modified vegetables and lab grown meat. The Green Deal will also shut down cattle and poultry plants probably due to a climate tax no one can afford. It's all right there before us. At this point it's easy to put it together. Sucks.
The business end of several rifles and a group of motivated individuals can end this quickly.

That's next on the take list I'm betting. This is like a warp speed take down of our rights. Almost overnight. So bold are they in their criminalities!
The farm land will be used to farm "carbon credits". The dollar is going to be backed by CARBON CREDITS not oil. "Carbon is the new oil". Now who just said that a few days ago? Why don't you know?
I can't imagine another year let alone three of this stuff.
