What you plan is better than doing nothing, but cash isn't exactly king. It's a fiat currency, which is why the Fed is able to devalue it.

One of the most effective methods to counter technology is to find where man power is needed and create a lot of noise and empty work.

Farms are going to go the way of Walmart. I'm pretty sure there is a statute of limitation which basically limits how far they can go back since your most recent payment. So paying recently will help to limit how far they can go back. Before that they could have gone back over the whole 20 years.
