Are you serious?

White (Caucasian) culture have been at the pinnacle of technological development, socioeconomic evolution and industriousness for the last +500 years.

Please name another race being equally successful (powerful), from say 1500 AD up until perhaps the last 10 years or so..

Which is why i said "untill the last 10 years or so"..

However it's surely not a matter of superior intelligence or inventiveness. Rather it's the hastily growing size of their economy, due to their success and ability to push their produce on us, plus the painfully apparent decline of Western Culture!
