Space Force has a number of purposes, but I'm sure misdirection is one of them. They are operating under the Air Force directive. Directed energy can be something as simple as a laser, focused acoustic waves, microwaves... which are all cheap and easy to make at home... and the more exotic directed energy can be like directed plasma or neutrons beams. Some giant arrays can use radio waves to cook targets or obscure their instruments from quite far away. I posit the "Havana Syndrome" would be more properly named "CIA Syndrome." These "attacks" are being presented as the same. Who is the common denominator? CIA. Which people are being attacked and why? That is the important question. I'm guessing the non-RINOs, but I'd have to check on it, to be sure.
