You can make these types of weapons in your home for hundreds of dollars or less. It was only a matter of time. Also, lasers and other devices are even cheaper to make. They aren't deadly. They're better. They instantly debilitate a target without touching them. An invisible infrared laser of an appropriate power can blind someone in an instant. It's hard to shoot at people if they put lasers in your eyes. If you're behind cover, they can make it impossible for you to shoot using a variety of energy weapons. Some are acoustic. Some are microwave.
Yeah, IR lasers scare the shit out of me. They were using those against cops in some of the riots. Should be handled the same as if they were shooting. I started to look into glasses to protect from it but they are all different wave lengths.
They might be expensive, but I know my tac has "NoIR" mask. It stops the IR lasers and the day time lasers. I don't pay for it, so I have no idea the cost.

Space Force has a number of purposes, but I'm sure misdirection is one of them. They are operating under the Air Force directive.
Directed energy can be something as simple as a laser, focused acoustic waves, microwaves... which are all cheap and easy to make at home... and the more exotic directed energy can be like directed plasma or neutrons beams. Some giant arrays can use radio waves to cook targets or obscure their instruments from quite far away.
I posit the "Havana Syndrome" would be more properly named "CIA Syndrome." These "attacks" are being presented as the same. Who is the common denominator? CIA.
Which people are being attacked and why? That is the important question. I'm guessing the non-RINOs, but I'd have to check on it, to be sure.
