Probably, the menthol dilates your bronchi creating a greater surface area for damage and increasing cancer risk equal to the dilatory factor, 40-100% last I checked., capsule cigs aren't as bad if they aren't packing them like lite cigarettes, lites cause cancer more often because air gaps provide oxygen to make the thing burn faster and hotter making the smoke hotter and thus more damaging to the lungs, menthol lites are the worst thing you could smoke if you want to live past 60.
