I'm over the whole personal choice argument, cigarettes are socially degenerative and their sale should be banned, I'm fine leaving tobacco be as a substance but if you want a ciggy learn to roll them yourself, buy loose leaf premixed for your fag and the filter is your business, I'm tired of these addicts fucking up their kids, their houses, my air, wasting resources on their cancers, taking constant breaks to sate their dumbass addiction, and expecting me to give a damn about their "choice" while they impose on the rest of us. barrier to entry for habituation, addiction, and constant compulsory use is too damned low. if you want to smoke a pipe, do it, want to switch to vape, even better.
Ban high-fructose corn syrup while we're at it, Fuck your dumbass freedom bullshit; for economic purpose they put that shit in everything and it's why the average american gained 29 pounds last year while nowhere else on earth had that meteoric weight gain, the average american isn't smart enough to organize against these things or control themselves, we have 50 years of proof telling us this. Edit: my family worked in the tobacco industry, it put my father in an early grave and faith in the company convinced my mother to smoke through her pregnancies and now we all have brittle connective tissues, asthma, and other problems as a result of the birth defects nicotine and other chemicals in cigarettes cause, we were born addicted; addicts from birth.
What I can say from their experience at all levels in the industry but farming is that Menthols are far and away the most likely to cause cancer because the menthol dilates your bronchi creating more surface area for the hot smoke to leave tar and cause damage, menthols and lights both burn hotter because they are less densely packed this means they do far more damage to your lungs because you have hotter more rapidly flowing smoke particles in your lungs than if you smoke full flavor, never smoke light or menthol. No kidding, my bud's dad got diagnosed with emphysema said he wouldn't quit until it killed him, I told him this and he swapped to full flavor and his condition has not progressed at all in 12 years.
