In a world of fiat, this is true. It's not like you have alternatives to fiat for living away from niggers. Although, it would be nice to keep an area or neighborhood nice and costs low by preventing fat fucks, Muslims, fags, kikes, dual-income families, Qfags, and niggers away via private policy. Sadly, this won't happen, so fiat still makes "winners" in our society.
