I'm trying to understand you here, I really am, but you are just so aggressive sounding. I'm willing to give you and chance, perhaps you can explain in more detail what it is that you mean to say. Starting with what it is you think you are referring to: I think the problem might be that we are using similar words to describe different concepts, could you so me a favor and define: "atheism" for me? I'll go first, to me, it just means "anyone who does not believe in god". I do not intend to refer to any sort of greater commonality between me and others who I consider to be atheists except for the agreement on this one point, for me, it is all you need to fit the definition of the term. I'd also like to fill you in a bit more about my philosophical positions: I personally describe myself as someone who does not believe in supernatural concepts, of which the monotheistic or polytheistic or deistic versions of "god" are just one (I am a philosophical naturalist with regard to metaphysics). A more in-depth description of my positions are that I do not believe in what I believe it is not scientifically justified to believe in. I take this position because I believe that it is most important for beliefs to be true and based on fact (because no good word or deed can be undertaken by intent, without a solid foundation of justifiably true beliefs that are held in common among a sufficiently sized group of people), and because I believe that the scientific method is the only viable standard for good epistemology (meaning that I am a scientific positivist). So, What is atheism to you, and to what are your referring to here? Whatever it is, I am sure that I probably do not belong to that grouping.
