Fruit juice is almost as bad as soda. Drinking your calories is bad in general.

If you're that starved for flavours or don't like the taste of water, buy actual fruit, cut them into pieces and place them in the water you're drinking. It works best with lemons and limes, but you can do it with pretty much any fruit that has juice inside (to varying degrees of success).

Coffee gives me the absolute shits. I'll drink sodas, but sparingly and often only in the morning. Half the time it's tea, but nothing beats softening a raw morning throat with a carbonated drink.

coffee is aids. Dehydrates you, stresses you out, makes you incontinent and erodes your stomach lining.
