they are trying to pass this kind of stuff in minnesota because they are saying it targets black people. well, they just cant pull them over is all. shit like too dark of time, tabs expired, tailight out, headlight out... you public safty things to alrert the driver about. to which usually just results in a warning, and just get it fixed. anything more than that... like guns, gernades, piles meth & coke, pounds of weed they observe they will arrest you for, like illegal things
