The appeal will go to the same type of cowardly judges that threw out all the presidential election fraud charges. Appellate judges are lifelong civil servants, they know which way the wind is blowing. The low IQ savages are going to get exactly what they want. The police are gonna leave them alone and let them do what ever they want. In the end this might be a good thing.
