You can, but it'll go into the six figures for legal costs and will probably have to go the SC to have a chance of success. Even then, who can afford to fight every single state bill that tramples on liberty? It's easier and cheaper to move to TX or FL.

There's a go fund me for the legal team. I'm assuming you're right. The Supreme Court is a joke right now. Amy Comey has a book deal on the table. Interesting huh.
