Well he is wrong. I live in a coastal town of 4000 people in the UK ( 55 years in central London was more than enough), we have no blacks no asians no mexicans no police and NO crime. The nearest Police station is over 10 miles away and they never visit and are never called. We have no street cleaners and no litter. Local people do routine litter patrols, and we do not need many volunteers, because there is not much to pick up.

The Police are a standing army to protect the states against the federal government. Naturally ; the federal government (democrats) want to tear down the standing army. Never buy into democrats de-funding the police due to racism., it's all a hoax. The police are our last line of defense against tyranny. a well armed militia will never make the sacrifice. They can't do without their Starbucks.
