A junkie chose Suicide by cop. End of Story.

...Third-degree murder requires proof that Chauvin's actions were "eminently dangerous" and done with indifference to loss of life.
I feel like this is loose enough to convict him on.
2nd degree is a little odd. The article states they must prove "intent to harm". Well yeah when you have some big gorilla flailing around and refusing to comply of course you want to harm him if it means you can get him to comply and get in the car.
In order for him to get off on all charges the entire jury needs to agree that he died strictly from an OD.
You know, except for all of the training videos showing that this is a standard police procedure.
Except that the only coroner to examine the body ruled it was a drug overdose

The sad thing, is that even if/when acquitted, justice will not have been done.
The nigger's so called family still won the ghetto lottery. A junkie has been immortalized/sanctified, and a good man slandered. If the state gave these cops millions, a change of identity, and a lifetime of special protection... it still wouldn't be enough.
