Online exams are a joke. My university announced we were going to be having them, but they wouldn't be proctored, so we were just expected to be good and not look up answers. This went on for several exams until we started getting questions which *couldn't* be answered without using the internet. We complained and they eventually replied and just said "you can use the internet." I have no idea when they made this decision, but now I have to wonder how many other exams were written with internet usage in mind and we just weren't told.
