Ahh, Smallville,sort of-My town had (2) high schools,less than 20,000k folks in the city limits, two times in H.S. cops caught us fella's gettin' to drinking-No P.I. no M.I.P. the cops just told us to stay put for 2hrs or jail & parent notification-we complied.
