*taps nose* His comment is based completely on money and has nothing (yet) to do with actual science and data. The government is covering all costs with vaccine production and delivery. Nobody has to deal with fucking insurance so Pfizer is getting their money with no hassle, no effort. So why not keep the spigot flowing? If everyone only needed one dosing, your sales are limited. If Apple or Chevy released something so perfect and never suggested you needed to replace it, they would have a maximum limit to their sales. So of course this guy is going to come out and say that people need his wares every year. And it's comments like this idiot which makes people believe there is some sort of conspiracy with diseases: "hospitals keep you sick because if they cured you they would never make any money".
