Chlorine dioxide. It's what they use to sterilize medical equipment and Europe uses it as their primary water treatment method. There are methods to infuse the gas into water that is not only safe to drink, but will kill off any cold or whatever you might be fighting.
Cool. I went swimming in the tract pool last summer when no one else did due to covid, and peed in it too so now I don't feel guilty
