i would love to go into a long-ass account that i had just last week with dumb-ass cops and my property. with cops, there is a 75% chance they will intervene in the opposite direction of anything close to what is correct or logical. those chances rise to 99% if you happen to have a black or hispanic pigola be the arbiter. now the criminal or n'er do well will almost always be "the victim," especially if they are not White. i agree it is wiser to not confront it directly in most cases, but there is usually an initial assessment by the would-be cop caller.
