He's trying to cause this and he succeeded. We had a tar baby trespassing in my private complex and once we questioned him he became belligerent and started ranting trying to get someone to call him a nigger. No one did and eventually the police got called but that's the nig dream- cause problems and have someone start filming halfway through so it looks like another poor spear chucker getting harassed.
