Given that this asshole is living in a military community, and the video in question was filmed by another, unrelated black kid from the neighborhood, it stands to follow that he does livemin the area. As for the dumbass who was harassing him on camera, it is obvious that he is power tripping and getting increasingly frustrated that this kid isn't respecting his assumed authority. So he did a stupid thing that got him arrested, likely demoted, possibly discharged, and is being used on the internet as "proof" that whites are all as unhinged and retarded as this guy.
