Why is the black dude still standing there other than to antagonize the White guy? He can walk the sidewalk, but he's not. He's just standing there arguing with the White guy. He's trying to cause this and he succeeded. We had a tar baby trespassing in my private complex and once we questioned him he became belligerent and started ranting trying to get someone to call him a nigger. No one did and eventually the police got called but that's the nig dream- cause problems and have someone start filming halfway through so it looks like another poor spear chucker getting harassed.
