He *probably* wouldn't have gobbled the "Possession with intent to distribute" (ie: lethal for one person) amount of fentanyl if the mean, mean police hadn't tried to prevent him from committing another totally different and completely unrelated crime. So like the cops should have totes known they'd spook him into offing himself. It does raise an interesting point though. If "suicide" can be proven, there's got to be a few of the groups that gave his family money that could sue to recoup it. Like if he had (I know, an absolutely absurd longshot) life insurance that paid out, there's got to be at least one (((insurance company))) that would want their money back. (Yes, I know that the 27 million or whateverthefuck amount it was is probably entirely gone, but I'd heartily kek if someone had the balls to pursue a class action lawsuit against the family for profiting under wrongful pretenses.)
