So.. without the police he would have died anyway! At the exact same time....

He probably wouldn't have gobbled the "Possession with intent to distribute" (ie: lethal for one person) amount of fentanyl if the mean, mean police hadn't tried to prevent him from committing another totally different and completely unrelated crime. So like the cops should have totes known they'd spook him into offing himself.

It does raise an interesting point though. If "suicide" can be proven, there's got to be a few of the groups that gave his family money that could sue to recoup it. Like if he had (I know, an absolutely absurd longshot) life insurance that paid out, there's got to be at least one (((insurance company))) that would want their money back.

(Yes, I know that the 27 million or whateverthefuck amount it was is probably entirely gone, but I'd heartily kek if someone had the balls to pursue a class action lawsuit against the family for profiting under wrongful pretenses.)

The very fact that the medical examiner himself, and other medical examiners as well, do not believe Derek Chauvin's actions caused Floyd's death is more than reasonable doubt. Remember, a conviction requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt. There is no reasonable person that could honestly say the medical examiner's report doesn't give them a reasonable doubt.

A conviction actually requires 2 things, that Chauvins action significantly added to the cause of death AND that the actions that he did take are illegal.

Example: you are lawfully driving down the street and some guy jumps in front of your car and dies. You most certainly killed the guy but since you were acting lawfully at the time you could not be convicted of even manslaughter or negligent homicide.

On the face of it Chauvin should walk but with the jury commuting home from the court through riots the last few days who knows.

That’s a stretch... but I think the 6’7” negroid should have still been in prison for armed robbery of a pregnant woman. That should have been 20 years minimum. Shameful!

How is it a stretch? He had severe heart disease, more than 3.5x the lethal dose of fentanyl AND a ton of meth in his system dude. That's ripe for a heart attack.

Not to mention documented heart disease already.
