I betting the "student" isn't 21 and couldn't legally posses a handgun. Given the detailed description of the "student" in the article, I'm also betting we can figure out their race base on Coulter's Law. I'm also putting "student" in quotes because I'm guessing getting good grades and regularly attending class are among the many things this "student" didn't do.

You may be correct, but the article says differently (about him being marched out).
