wait wait wait waaaaaaaaaaait a second... 'vaccines projected to save 50,000 lives' ... im not sure what theyre saying here but pretty sure if youre trying to sell a vaccine youd want it to save a few more than just 50,000 lives... but then again a reminder of a certain universal law. we have to accept that and pretend they dont mean - they only want 50,000 people left "after" the vaccinations do their thing.
