After proper trials of course, mr jebus pants. We are ultimately a civilised people, trying to preserve our democratic republic, that is based on the rule of western style law. Officially i believe the law says rope, but i like giving people options.
I think the right answer would be to throw them into the general populations of the prison systems they have created.

I would like to return to the uncorrupted rule of law. It is the way. Return to it and enforce it. Anything else is barbaric, uncivilized and backwards.

Unfortunately, I dont think that will make the level of impact that needs to be made to the tribes to stay the fuck out of our politics. They lose a few to hangings and other forms of capitol punishment in other regimes. That doesnt stop them.
