Double blind interviews (someone else interviews and passes on only the answers and qualifications) are the only really unbiased way to hire. For some reason SJW's don't like them.
Hmmm, wonder why. Maybe because it weeds out those who are truly unqualified?
So does starvation, which I am also in favor of for select specimens
My system is based entirely on tangible merit and would also be an effective culling mechanism.
