nitrous oxide can be very debilitating also.
for instances when a stimulant might be prudent, nootropics like the russian carphedon or the western modafinil(provigil) can be used with no anorexia or real loss of sleep.
i dont really condone drugs much now days because the applications for them are rare. like if i had put together an outfitter camp at night i might take modafinil considering i cant really use caffine anymore(huge kindling effect. holy hell.)
Nitros is excellent. I had some at the dentist a few months ago. That was the first drug I ever did cauze I always got it at the dentist as a kid. They called it laughing gas
the rate it destroys the b12 and myelin sheaths on nerves is such where, after a week of 10 chargers a day certainly noticable changes in cognition and motor skills is clear. compared to the amount received at the dentist it probably is equal; there is more to the neurotoxicity than amount injested causing specific amount of destruction. chronic use is probably where the problem lies, but a person isnt simply ordering 240-600 chargers online for a good deal and, you know, tossing them iin the back of the closet. that shit is an addictive drug with helicopter noises.
ive seen ketamine addicts binge on it,, and say to each other with baited eyes, "hey man, can i get a charger?????". its euphoric and cant be touched at all in any substantial capacity.
some have noticed it can allow ideas to slip into awareness but with dissociatives the user feels their understanding shift and different insight entails, not some expansive super-aware/increased cognition or understanding happens really at all,, and sure as shit doesnt happen on day two of ownership of a dozen or more cartridges. i gave about a hundred away to a friend before, the rest of the stash i had after noticeing the brain-Hampering effects.
noone buys cartriges and reorders them like a carton of cigarettes,, you deteriorate at a fast rate and something happens where you aint using them anymore. even if you rub dimethylsulfoxide, polysorbate 80 and b12 into your scalp.
there are other drugs less toxic and not cost prohibitive like xenon gas but i cant think of anyoff the top of my head.

I thought it was funny that getting to the kitchen for a glass of water was such a bad experience for you.
I once knew a guy who in his desperation to get high took some sort of prescription medication he found somewhere and it caused him to have to really struggle just to put one foot in front of the other. I saw him coming down the street and I thought he was just fooling around by the way he was walking. But he was really having a hard time and it didn't look like much fun.
