Liberals LOVE to play word salad games when it comes to their intents. To them "regulating" is not the same as infringing. A good example is NJ, which somehow is not infringing on gun rights, even though it is one onf the strictest anti gun states in the entire US. The reason is because in practice it is still possible to buy a firearm, even if extremely difficult to do so. As such, in liberal logic world, the fact you can still touch and buy a firearm gives you, the buyer a lot of freedom, and your rights have NOT been infringed. Of course, most gun owners would say this is laughable, but that is how liberals see it.
Its important to understand how disperate our views are from theirs. Once you do you realize there is no viable means of compromise. There will be a fight.
