Niggers are immune.

NEVER HAPPENED ONCE ever in entire history of US case law.

The only times niggers charged with "hate thought" sentence enhancers , it was because victim was gay or tranny. Even then the 15 to 20 year addon sentence enhancers were soon completely dropped, because niggers are special.

Also niggers claimed they never knew the victims were gay/tranny

Hate Crime enhancers have been successfully added to :

1 > A White man drawing factual messages on public sidewalks he did not own (vandalism) 2 > A White man throwing a milkshake at an object (littering) 3 > A White man flying a confederate flag on his truck (menacing a child + Street Gang Terrorism law)

imagine 14 years in prison for waving a confederate flag!

Can you read? The niggers charges dropped or nullified during court and enhancement not applied.

Hate Crime enhancements NEVER apply to nigger criminals..... so far.
