I agree we should not be evicting people or reposessing peoples cars right now in my opinion. The landlords who owe money to the banks should also be given leniency so the banks have to just accept losses until the government declares the pandemic over. The banks are still going to turn a profit every year like they always do. It's bullshit to evict people right now while all this official propaganda is coming out of the Whitehouse that we are in a pandemic. If it it's truly a pandemic then the banks need to pause their profits so we can try to, you know... Survive a fucking pandemic. You can't have it both ways.... Pretend it's a pandemic but be a hard ass and tell people to risk their lives for min wage? No. Fuck that. Admit it's not a real pandemic and then you can send people out to work for min wage and threaten to evict them if they refuse to pay. Pick an option but you can't have both.
