The guy is clear an ass, and maybe slightly off his rocker, but charged with a hate crime based upon, "he said, she said", because the "victim" felt threatened? Using that logic then, if I happen to come up an Antifa rally and end up being harassed and feel threatened, can we then get them all arrested for "hate" crimes if they tell me to "go where I belong" or some such notion?
