They won't be sterile. their fertility rate will be reduced by 60% to 80%. If I was an evil oligarch that wanted depopulation I would include in the vaccine mRNA sequence a code similar to, or equivalent to, a protein exclusively found on the surface of reproductive cells. I would include that mRNA sequence in the vaccine, which would trigger an immune response against their own reproductive system in most receivers of the vaccine. It wouldn't be a sterilizer though, it would reduce fertility substantially, but not make it zero, meaning people wouldn't notice for a few years.

After receiving the vaccine, women would notice heavier periods, and general abdominal discomfort that would last at least a month or two, and possibly for the rest of their lives. Men may or may not be effected, it might be easier to target females as they're more likely to take the vaccine and pseudo-sterilizing the females will be sufficient to cause massive population decline.

No, it WILL make them sterile, it just might take ten years to happen. This might not be too bad for older women, but imagine you are a teen or in your early 20s, by the time they decide "oh shit maybe we should have kids before it's too late" it will be 10 years too late. Also the type of sterility agent they have used in the vaccine specifically targets males, and is then sexually transmitted to the female, making both sterile.

It will reduce their fertility as a percentage due to a misappropriated immune response. It will not "make them sterile" in the classic sense. That would be far too easy for people to notice. And that's assuming that it actually is intended to do that in the mRNA vaccine. We'll have to wait and see what normies are like in a year.
