The 150000 small family businesses weren't "lost" they were deliberately destroying using lockdowns as the means. Lockdowns don't stop the spread of disease, but that was not their intent. Amazon made billions not because they were safer, they made billions because the freedom of movement for the people was removed except for them. Every elected official from the local level on up violated their oath to defend the Constitution. The courts let them deny people life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.
